Individual Therapy (ages 10+)
Individual therapy focusing on issues including depression, relationships, trauma, abuse, attachment, empowerment, self-esteem, social skills, personal organization, strengths development, life stages, parenting, spirituality, stress management, acculturation, and cross-cultural and military experiences.
~ $60 per 50 minute session
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focusing on issues including communication, expectations, roles, life-stressors, family conflict, parenting, intimacy, acculturation, and separation and reintegration related to military deployment.
~ $75 per 50 minute session
Family Therapy
Family therapy focusing on issues including communication, rules and roles, expectations, life-stressors, sibling or parent-child conflict, acculturation, and separation and reintegration related to military deployment.
~ $75 per 50 minute session
~ $275 includes a free introductory session, free assessment, and 5 follow-up
Reduced fees for individual, couples, and family therapy are available based on current circumstances and discussion with the therapist. Initial 30 minute consultations are available for no fee.

Prepare/Enrich Pre-marital and Marital Counseling Packages
Prepare/Enrich is a program based on a 165 item assessment inventory that examines relationship strength and growth areas in 20 categories. The Prepare/Enrich program seeks to:
1. Idenitfy your strengths as a couple and build new ones
2. Strengthen your communication skills
3. Help you resolve disagreements using a step-by-step model
4. Explore your relationship and family-of-origin
5. Develop a workable budget and financial plan
6. Develop your personal, couple, and family goals
sessions.
Payment
Payment is made by cash or check at the start of each appointment. Packages are paid in full at the first appointment.
AppointmentsA completed intake paperwork packet needs to be brought to the first appointment, or the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please plan to arrive 45 minutes early for your first appointment to allow enough time to fill out the paperwork , or request your paperwork via e-mail. E-mail requests need to be received two days before your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
The full session fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
